when I get in the truck to leave I was filling out paperwork on my phone while sitting in the passenger side seat. we make * turns not even a mile away from where we left and only a mile away from the store I was going to. I look up from my phone and seen that we was getting real close to the mailbox by the road on the passenger side.
It sounds like you may have been involved in a potential accident or near-miss involving the mailbox. Could you please clarify what happened next? Were there any damages or injuries involved?
I was took by ambulance to rmc in Anniston where I laid in bed in pain for * hours before anyone came in to tell me anything. no xray no blood work no exam not even a wet rag to clean my face. finally a Dr comes in tells me I'm good to leave and he's getting my papers ready. no one in the hospital examined me or even asked what happened. afterwards I find out the driver had no licenses no insurance and has had seizures most of all his life. the crash totaled the truck. there was no other vehicles involved
