I was assaulted by an Alameda County bus driver. The bus driver got out of his seat and shoved me off the bus. I fell on the concrete sidewalk and landed on my tailbone. I was rushed to the hospital and had several X-rays taken. The doctor advised me to use a cane and take pain medication. I am a survivor of domestic violence, so this incident triggered me back to past trauma with violence. The driver cursed at me when he pushed me, and it was like a sucker punch because I never expected him to shove me. The bus company is operated by the county of Alameda this it is a special government agency.
