I got into a car crash early January and had my car towed. The legal matter is still being worked out by both insurance companies, because of that I need to keep My title because the insurance company needs it. Because of the fact I haven’t paid the bill (being I’m not sure if insurance is or not) they won’t let me grab any of my belongings inside the vehicle or my plates.
