Yes need help finding legal representation due to not have any funds available to me and if you could wright me a good ruff draft of the events that took place using the information I have provided
You may qualify for legal aid since you have limited funds. Here is a rough draft of the events:
---
On [date], I was a patient in the ER due to a severe reaction to poison oak, resulting in my voice being lost. After receiving a double dose of Benadryl in the ambulance, I was taken to the hospital and instructed to wait in the waiting room. The medication caused me to pass out, and I awoke to a security guard verbally attacking and threatening me, unaware I was a patient.
Unable to speak, I attempted to communicate my status to the nurse but was physically removed from the hospital by the security guard. Despite witnesses willing to testify, I was arrested for battery and given a ticket. Due to ongoing trauma and grief from recent family losses, I missed my court date.
