i had a slip and fall in California Nov *. I contacted the business and they referred me to the people who handle their claims. I called the claims person and was given the run around until the time statues were almost up. Right before the time statues was up they told me the company was self insured and therefore the state insurance commissioner couldn’t help me. Who governs self insured companies
