Hi Sam! What legal issue are you dealing with today?
in * I had an self employed insurance company for me and my son. He was admitted to the hospital and the bill was 140k. I submitted paperwork to insurance company and they send me a check for $58k saying they have a signed negotiation with the hospital. The hospital says they do not negotiate so i do not cash the check. I sent letters, emails and faxes about this to the insurance company with no response. so I do not cash the check. They now send me a sheet to sign saying they will resend the check. I have paid on the bill and the hospital forgave 112k now the insurance company said they wont send me the check if i dont have a bill. what can i do?
