I am a law student. A professor at my law school accused me of cheating and threatened to expel me right before final exams. I did not cheat. I was so stressed that I couldn’t eat or sleep or study for my exams. After final exams, my law school cleared me of any wrongdoing, and an administrator said privately to me that the charges against me were illegitimate and should not have been made by my professor. I failed one exam and did not do as well on others as I feel I would have without all the stress about the accusations against me. Do I have any claim against my professor or my school?
