I am a representative payee for my son Justin I have filed several appeals on his SSI benefits they continue to take my ney from him he currently is only receiving *$ from SSI his monthly benefits should be *$ he currently left ves in a shelter in Claremont nh they penlize him *$ for living in the shelter actually they take * out twice plus *$ for an over payment they also take *$ away hia child benefit under my disability claim .now another *$ on top of that because when he was incarcerated in August of * till March of * they paid his medicare premiums even though they new he was incarcerated they suspended his SSI payment but the child benefit continued
